Helping You Reconnect With Your Strength & Agency

I help people build their self-confidence by learning how to trust themselves and step into their personal agency, reclaiming the autonomy that society and childhood conditioning may have stifled.

What Do You Want? What Are You Avoiding?

Whether you’re just graduating, well into midlife, or embarking on your retirement years, I help those who are in transition reconnect with their inner compass so they feel confident in their decisions.

You might be searching for something more fulfilling, more aligned, more fitting for who you are or want to become. You might be trying to outrun exhaustion, old patterns, or a version of yourself that doesn’t quite fit anymore. Maybe you’ve been too busy surviving to ask: “What do I actually want now?”

Coaching with me is a place to pause and ask those questions — not to get the “right” answers, but to hear what’s underneath that wants to come through. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows.

You don’t have to have any answers yet. That’s part of the work — and I’ll be there to support you through it.

Offerings

Coaching is a process, not a quick fix. Most people benefit from multiple sessions to fully explore their goals, patterns, and possibilities. Each session is an investment in yourself: the cost reflects not just the time we spend together, but also the commitment you’re making to show up, reflect, and take action between sessions. When you invest in coaching, you’re making a commitment to your growth — and that you’re worth it.

Typical Life Coaching Session Amounts:

  • Short-term coaching: 3–5 sessions
    • Often used for very specific issues or quick goal-setting.
  • Medium-term coaching: 6–12 sessions
    • Most common for general personal growth, career transitions, or recurring challenges.
  • Long-term coaching: 12–24+ sessions
    • For deep exploration, major life transitions, or ongoing accountability over months.

Suggested Frequency:

  • Weekly or biweekly sessions are standard at the start.
  • Monthly or flexible sessions can follow once momentum is established.

Accessibility matters to me. Alongside my standard rates, I offer a limited number of equity-priced, pay-what-you-can sessions for those with financial need. Please email me at somethingeuphoric@gmail.com to explore this option.

Session Logistics

Most coaching sessions take place online, through Google Meet, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable. This makes it easy to find a time that fits your schedule and to show up just as you are — no commute required.

I occasionally meet clients in person within a limited area of inner Portland, OR. If you’d like to explore that option, just mention it during our Free Intro Session or reach out by email. In-person sessions are typically held in quiet, public locations (such as a park or café) with travel time factored into scheduling; I do not meet clients in private residences.

If you aren’t finding a session time that works with your schedule, please email me to see what we can work out.

For session times booked with me during a session, I will send an invoice for payment directly after the session. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received; invoices are typically due within one week of scheduling or at least 48 hours before the session start time.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in emergencies. If I ever need to reschedule, I’ll extend the same courtesy.

About Me

Over the past few years, I’ve experienced a deep personal transformation, exploring how choice, autonomy, and awareness shape the way we live and relate to others. That exploration naturally led me to life coaching, where I work to support others through their own seasons of change.

People often describe me as calm, patient, and deeply nonjudgmental. I bring curiosity and genuine care to every session, helping clients slow down, hear themselves more clearly, and take meaningful steps forward. My background in journalism and graphic design taught me how to listen closely, notice patterns, and see connections — skills that now inform my coaching work.

I’m not a therapist, and coaching isn’t therapy — though it can sometimes feel therapeutic. Coaching with me is a space to explore where you are and where you want to go, focused on clarity and intentional change. If you’re craving a gentler, more grounded approach to growth, you’re in the right place.

Influences

I’ve come to believe that growth doesn’t have to follow a linear path. My approach to coaching has been shaped by years of self-directed learning — following my curiosity through books, conversations, and lived experience. I’ve built my own personal curriculum around the things that interest me — psychology, behavior, motivation, personal transformation, and emotional growth.

My self-guided path reflects the same principles I bring to coaching: curiosity, autonomy, and a deep trust in our natural capacity to learn and grow. The frameworks, authors, and ideas below continue to shape how I think about change, resilience, and what it means to live with more agency and ease.
