1. Purpose of Services
I provide life coaching services designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and confidence. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you need mental health or medical support, please consult a qualified professional.
2. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. My role is to guide, support, and empower you in your process—not to tell you what to do or make decisions for you.
3. Confidentiality
Everything shared in coaching sessions will remain private unless I am legally required to disclose information (for example, if someone is in danger). I will not record or share our sessions without your written consent.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds are not offered after a session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In cases of emergencies, I understand and will do my best to accommodate.
5. Session Logistics
Sessions are typically held online through a video conferencing platform, unless otherwise arranged. I offer an introductory session, individual sessions, and package options as outlined on my website. All scheduling and communication occur through my official contact channels.
I occasionally offer in-person sessions in select, public, or semi-private locations within a limited area of inner Portland, OR. Sessions in private residences are not offered for safety and privacy reasons, and travel time may affect scheduling.
6. Intellectual Property
All content shared on this website or in sessions—including materials, frameworks, and exercises—is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
By participating in coaching, you agree that Something Euphoric Life Coaching and I are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from our work together. Coaching is a collaborative process based on your participation and self-reflection.
8. International Clients
I welcome international clients. By working with me, you agree that any legal matters or disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the state of Oregon, United States.
9. Modifications to Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in my business or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on my website.
